What is the pricing for your cleaning service?

LUXE Standard cleanings are a flat rate and you can get an instant estimate here based on your home's square footage and number of bathrooms.

DeLUXE Deep cleanings are priced at $55/hr per cleaner with a $330.00 booking minimum.

Super DeLUXE Deep cleanings are priced at $60/hr per cleaner with a $450.00 booking minimum.
Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can cancel or reschedule bookings at any time by responding to your confirmation email or contacting us by phone. There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your booking will result in a $50 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will be charged at full flat rate (LUXE Standard) or the booking minimum, based on home specifications (DeLUXE Deep & Super DeLUXE Move In/Move Out) and are not eligible for a refund. If you are receiving a discount for recurring bookings, you will not receive the discount on the next booking as it will fall outside of the qualifying time window.
Will I have the same cleaners every time?

All of our LUXE Professionals are employees of LUXE Cleaning Services; licensed, bonded and insured; as well as background-checked and trained up to our standards. We put a high emphasis on the same cleaners every booking. There are unforeseen circumstances such as employee sickness or scheduling concerns. However, these situations are not common occurrences. You can meet our current team members here.
What does the LUXE Professional come with?

Our professionals come prepared with a vacuum, various cleaning supplies, microfiber rags and a mop.
When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged within 48 hours of the cleaning and an automated receipt will be emailed to you. If you booked a LUXE Standard service, expect a charge pre-booking. DeLUXE Deep and Super DeLUXE bookings are hourly and will be charged the booking minimum pre-booking ($330.00 and $450.00 respectively) and the remaining timed amount post-booking.
